New Patio and Fire Pit
We recently completed an outdoor living project in The Commons, located in Richmond Hill, GA.
The amazing team here at Coastal Hardscapes began by providing this homeowner with a consultation to determine how we could better help their small living space feel larger, more functional, and, most importantly, more enjoyable. After the consultation, we designed a paver patio layout and fire pit that provided an amazing outdoor feel.
We worked with the homeowner to select patio material that matched the home’s existing features!
From the fire pit to the shadowbox fence, this homeowner completely transformed their backyard, which had privacy issues due to a nearby road.
The goal was to fit the client’s budget while also adding functional space with an elegant appearance. An additional factor we brought up and helped them navigate was the landsacping around their AC unit. While a larger patio could have gone there, we added landsacping accents and large pine bark mulch to keep the AC in great working order. Overall, the new seating and grilling area made for an amazing experience, while the fire pit added warmth and perspective to the design!
